The workforce is made up of 100 people, of whom 40% are engaged in process control.

With higher education qualifications as veterinarians, chemists, agronomists and other specialities, we guarantee that all the processes are carried out in accordance with the European regulations in force, and with total traceability.

The Department of Production and Quality Control has its own chemical and microbiological laboratory, registered in the Agricultural and Food Laboratories Registry of Catalonia, where the cataloguing and analysis of all products received is carried out, as well as the control of semi-finished and final products.
