Curriculum vitae will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years, given the possibility of future Promic selection processes, provided that the user concerned has not previously revoked their consent.
If the legal basis for personal data processing consists of the undertaking of a contract, or the fulfilment of a legal obligation, the data will be kept for the period necessary for this purpose.
Notwithstanding the above, personal data will be kept for as long as Promic may be held liable by applicable law. The personal data, in those cases applicable, may be blocked until the relevant limitation period has elapsed.
